At last I can now make reasonable cluny leaves. I think I was pulling the wrong thread.
The pattern for this motif is from here.
The instructions on the site by Steph Peters use the pinkie too;
that was a little confusing.
I held the loop instead like you do it for the SCMR.
Got to try the HCL now.
What if I submit this as #6 for The 25 Motif Challenge.
